Parents File Suit Against Trucking Company After Fatal Oklahoma Bus Crash

A bus that was carrying 15 softball players was on the way back to North Central Texas College after playing a game in Bethany, Oklahoma was involved in a wreck that resulted in four deaths and many injuries. The wreck was caused by an 18-wheeler when the truck veered across the interstate and stuck the side of the bus. The wreck caused the death of three women at the scene of the accident and then a fourth death at the hospital plus a number of injuries.

The family of one of the injured players has filed a negligence lawsuit against the trucking company. The suit is asking for over 1 million to cover hospital bills, person injury, and trauma.
