Multi-Car Accident Kills Two
A multi-car crash in Oak Cliff on Monday killed two people according to Dallas News.
The accident happened in the late evening on I-20 near South Lancaster Road. Police found several cars, one of which was on fire, when they arrived. The fire department was already at work putting out the flames.
The story of the crash is quite complicated, involving four cars and a semi truck in four separate incidents. Another car fled the scene after it caused the initial accident. According to a driver in the first accident, a white car cut in front of the truck, struck a car in the other lane and pushed it into the truck, then fled the scene.
The second half of the accident happened after two cars stopped to help in the crash and another car crashed into those. Two people were killed in that impact.
Police are sure to be on the lookout for the car that caused the crash. They are trying to identify the victims and sort out the full details before pressing any charges.
Multi-car accidents like this can be tricky for insurance companies to unravel. If you are caught up in you, you’ll need to speak with a personal injury attorney with experience in these kinds of crashes.
