Man Dies in Small Apartment Fire
One person has died in a fire at an apartment building located near Love Field Airport. The fire broke out at the Montage apartments in the 5100 block of Cedar Springs Road about 11:00 p.m. on Friday, November 29th.
Dallas firefighters found a small blaze in the kitchen of the apartment that contained one male occupant. The man was unresponsive when emergency crews reached him. The victim was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. The victim’s name has not been released.
There were no other injuries reported in the fire. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
