According to officials, the incident was reported at approximately 4:00 p.m. at Hydradyne LLC, an industrial equipment supplier located in the 15000 block of FAA Boulevard.
A spokesman for the Fort Worth Fire Department said that CareFlight was called to the site in order to transport at least one person from the scene.
