4 Teenagers Severely Injured in Rollover Crash

Inexperienced drivers are usually bad about following the traffic rules. Being a teen driver means that you’re more willing to take risks with your life, but it also means that you’re more likely to get into serious accidents.

NBCDFW reported that there were a number of high school students riding in an SUV around Pear Ridge Drive early in the morning. It was soon to be the weekend, and the kids were most likely blowing off some steam.

Somehow, the driver of the SUV carrying four to six kids lost control and ended up rolling over and crashing into a fence. Authorities were immediately called to the scene, attending to the smashed up vehicle. The roof of the SUV had to be removed to get the teenagers out of the vehicle.

If any of them were wearing seatbelts, their injuries would most likely have been less severe. As it stood, though, four of those in the accident had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance.

If you’ve been involved in an accident and your friend was driving, how is that handled? Who’s going to take care of the medical bills stemming from this accident? Since they were all underage, will it be the parents who are responsible? Give our Dallas personal injury attorneys a call if you need resolution.
